An introduction to Alzheimer's diesease for family members who are concerned about a relative's memory or diagnosis and wat to learn what resources are available, where to turn, and what to do. Warning signs, the diagnostic process, and community resources will be discussed.
 
Clinic sites include Sacramento and Martinez. These clinics have been serving communities in Northern California since 1985. Satellite clinics in Oakland and Stockton improve services to minority and underserved residents.
